Our workshop sits on Hibbert Road in Walthamstow, a few minutes from the North Circular and the A406 junction at Waterworks Corner. That position is the reason our coverage looks the way it does: everything inside the M25 to the east and north is a short run, the A12 and A13 open up south Essex, and the Dartford Crossing puts north Kent within comfortable reach. If you are further out, we still travel – it simply becomes a question of what the job is worth to you and how far we are going.

East London is our home ground and where most of our work comes from. North London follows closely, largely because the A406 makes Tottenham, Wood Green and Finchley straightforward runs at almost any hour.
Essex is where our mobile service earns its keep. The trade-car towns along the A12 and A127 generate a steady stream of instrument cluster and ECU work, and a mobile visit usually beats asking a customer to drive an hour each way.
Both work. The workshop is better for anything that may need bench work on a cluster; a mobile visit is better when the vehicle is unroadworthy, when you cannot spare the time, or when the job is a straightforward read, recalibrate and verify. Here is the honest comparison.

Distance is one of the things a quote is based on, alongside the vehicle and the complexity of the electronic work. There is no separate hidden callout fee bolted on afterwards – the figure you are given on the phone is the figure for the job at your location.
Inside the North Circular and across most of east and north London we are often with you the same day, sometimes within the hour. Essex and Kent runs are usually booked for a specific slot so you are not waiting around.
Yes. Home, workplace or another agreed location all work, provided there is somewhere safe and legal to park the vehicle while we work. Many customers book a visit during the working day for exactly this reason.
